Payment Methods

Secure Payments
Online payments are processed through secure payment gateways or authorized payment service providers. We do not intentionally store sensitive payment information such as your card PIN, CVV, OTP, or banking password.
Service Payment
Service charges will be communicated to the customer before the service is initiated. Payment of our professional service fee covers the services agreed upon and does not guarantee GeM registration approval, catalogue approval, Vendor Assessment approval, OEM approval, bid selection, or receipt of any government order.
Additional Charges
Government fees, GeM-related charges, assessment fees, certification fees, or other third-party charges, where applicable, may be separate from Get Today LLP’s professional service fees. Any such charges will be communicated to the customer where applicable.
Payment Confirmation
After a successful payment, customers may receive a payment or service confirmation through email, WhatsApp, SMS, or other available communication channels.
Failed or Pending Payments
If your payment has been deducted but the transaction or service has not been confirmed, please contact us with your payment transaction/reference number. We will verify the transaction and assist you accordingly.
Refunds
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Refund eligibility may depend on the nature and stage of the service.
