Our services are intended to provide professional assistance and guidance. We do not guarantee that any application, registration, catalogue, bid, Vendor Assessment, OEM approval, or tender participation will be approved or accepted by GeM or any government authority.

2. Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date information and documents required for the requested service.

You must ensure that:

The information provided to us is accurate.
The documents provided are genuine and valid.
You have the necessary authority to provide business information and documents.
Any information submitted for GeM-related processes is truthful and accurate.

Get Today LLP shall not be responsible for delays, rejection, cancellation, or other consequences resulting from incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information provided by the customer.

3. Service Process

The scope and process of each service may vary depending on the customer’s requirements and the applicable GeM process.

Where applicable, our assistance may include registration, catalogue creation, Vendor Assessment/OEM assistance, bid advising, technical support, notifications, and bid-document preparation.

The exact services provided will depend on the package or service selected by the customer.

4. Service Fees & Payment

Service charges will be communicated to the customer before the service is initiated.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Fees must be paid according to the payment terms communicated by Get Today LLP.
Government fees, portal fees, certification fees, assessment fees, or other third-party charges may be separate from our professional service charges.
Any applicable taxes will be charged as required by law.
The customer is responsible for providing correct payment information.

Payment of our service fee does not guarantee approval, registration, order allocation, bid selection, or successful tender participation.

5. No Guarantee of Bid or Tender Success

Get Today LLP provides assistance and professional support but does not guarantee:

Winning a GeM bid
Receiving a government order
Selection as an L1 seller
Bid acceptance
Catalogue approval
Vendor Assessment approval
OEM Panel approval
Registration approval
Any specific sales, revenue, or business outcome

Final decisions regarding bids, purchases, registrations, approvals, and other GeM processes are made by the relevant government authority, buyer, GeM, or other authorized entity.

6. GeM & Government Portal Changes

GeM rules, procedures, requirements, categories, fees, technical requirements, and bidding processes may change from time to time.

Such changes may affect the services being provided, timelines, documentation requirements, or the customer’s eligibility.

Get Today LLP shall not be responsible for changes introduced by GeM, government authorities, or other third parties after a service has been initiated.

7. Service Timelines

We will make reasonable efforts to complete services within the estimated timeline communicated to the customer.

However, timelines may depend on:

Customer providing required documents
GeM processing times
Government approvals
Vendor Assessment processes
OEM or third-party responses
Portal availability
Technical issues
Changes in GeM requirements
Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Therefore, estimated timelines are not guaranteed completion dates unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.

8. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate information and documents
Responding to requests for additional information
Reviewing information before submission
Maintaining valid business registrations and certificates
Meeting applicable eligibility requirements
Complying with GeM rules and applicable laws
Protecting their login credentials and account information

Customers should not share passwords, OTPs, PINs, or other confidential authentication information unless specifically required through an official and secure process.

9. Confidentiality

We will take reasonable steps to protect business documents and information provided to us for the purpose of delivering our services.

Information may be shared with relevant third parties where necessary to provide the requested service, comply with legal requirements, or complete a government or GeM-related process.

10. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party platforms, government portals, payment providers, communication services, or other external services.

We are not responsible for:

Third-party system failures
Portal downtime
Changes to third-party policies
Delays caused by third parties
Decisions made by government authorities or other third parties

Customers may also be subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.

11. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility will depend on the nature and stage of the service.

Once substantial work has been completed, submitted, or delivered, the service fee may not be refundable.

Any applicable refund will be handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Government fees, third-party fees, assessment fees, certification charges, or other non-refundable charges may not be refundable.

12. Intellectual Property
